I work with women who have lost sight of why they started their fitness journey in the first place. The women who genuinely want to feel good about themselves but they can't quite seem to find an approach that works, nor been able to make one stick!

My mission is to create a supportive and educational space for you to explore anything that might be holding you back from becoming your best self. I'll show how to adopt a healthy lifestyle that feels good for you, and help you reconnect with your body so you can start moving it in a way that gets you results. 

I take an individual, multi-dimensional approach, considering all aspects of your health, from your small daily habits to the way you talk to yourself. I delve into uncovering any sabotaging behaviors and address multiple contributors to health like your sleep, stress levels, hormones, environment, sense of connection, daily movement, nutrition, mindset and so much more...
